What if I purchased a ticket and can no longer attend?
If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify our Customer Support Team via e-mail at support@childcaresuccess.com no later than August 31, 2025. Once you cancel you are entitled to receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations made on August 31, 2025. or after, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will not be entitled to a refund.
